Job summary

TEKsystems Loveland, CO is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of custom test systems for our customers in electronics manufacturing.

You will manage multiple projects, build strong customer relationships, and assist business development with compelling proposals to generate new business.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in a customer and factory facing role in electronics manufacturing industry (Applications engineering, Product Management, Product Development) is required.
• Must have 3+ years as a Technical Project or Program Manager, leading cross functional teams.
• Experience with RF measurement and proposal development (RFQ/RFP/SOW).
• A degree in an engineering field is required.

Responsibilities

• As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead a cross functional team of System, Mechanical and Software engineers in the development and delivery of custom test systems solutions that test our customer's unique products.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, supporting one or more customers.
• You will be expected to build strong trusted relationships with our customers ensuring we completely understand their needs and system requirements.
• As a Project Manager you will assist our business development team in generating accurate and compelling proposals in the support of generating new business.
• The Project Manager is responsible for: The successful execution of each project, Requirement and design reviews, Schedule management, Resource requirements/estimation, Risk management, Product development, Integration and test, Delivery and post-delivery support.

Qualifications

• We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
• BS or MS degree in an Engineering field is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, Access, Outlook and Project) is a must
• 5-7+ years of experience in a customer and factory facing role (Applications engineering, Product Management, Product Development) is required
• Must have 3+ years as a Technical Project or Program Manager, leading cross functional teams
• Must have strong attention to detail to manage complex technical projects from requirements gathering to system deployment
• Experience with Proposal Development (RFQ/RFP/SOW)
• Ability to manage design reviews
• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense industry is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of RF and test systems is a plus
• Experience in developing custom test solutions is preferred
• Chosen candidate must possess strong verbal and written communi

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
