Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Project Manager to join a growing bridge engineering, fabrication, and construction organization serving primarily public-sector clients. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, and production activities across the lifecycle of bridge projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review project proposals, plans, specifications, and contracts to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and departmental deliverables.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, and production teams to support efficient project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales teams, and company leadership regarding project status and progress.
  • Track communications, project updates, and key milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor risks and identify potential issues that could impact project success, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare status reports, performance updates, and recommendations for management.
  • Represent the company in project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, and project integration activities.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project stakeholders and support teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience within construction, metal fabrication, infrastructure, industrial projects, or related environment(s).

  • Experience utilizing project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing bridge engineering, fabrication, and construction organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication, and production activities throughout the lifecycle of bridge construction projects.
