Job summary

C2AE is a growing design firm with offices in Michigan and New York. We are seeking a Project Manager to guide complex infrastructure and building projects from planning through execution. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have an ABET‑accredited engineering degree, a PE license, and proven project management experience. The role balances leadership, scheduling, and client development across our regional offices.

Qualifications

• ABET Accredited bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer License is required.
• Project management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Management (65%): manage schedules, staffing coordination, PMP, kick-off and progress meetings, Earned Value Reports, staffing updates, monthly progress reports, Quality reviews.
• Business Development (30%): leverage client relationships, pursue new work, prepare contracts and proposals.
• Leadership (5%): lead meetings, participate in professional organizations, stay current with industry, provide positive guidance to team.
