Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for a high-precision medical contract manufacturer. This role serves as the central point of coordination between customers, engineering, quality, operations, and manufacturing, ensuring products move from prototyping to production with clear plans, disciplined execution, and effective communication.
The Project Manager is the customer contact and internal leader for programs, with responsibility for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to agreed scope and quality requirements. The role establishes expectations, manages schedules and budgets, identifies and mitigates risks, drives cross-functional accountability, and keeps customers and leadership informed of progress and issues. Success in this role requires strong project leadership, manufacturing knowledge, and communication skills.
This position will be 100% on-site in Big Lake, MN.
Starting Pay Range for this position is $95,000- $125,000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in the company’s bonus program.
Actual pay rates are determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, local labor market conditions, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language proficiency, and other job-specific qualifications.
