Position Title:Senior Quoting Engineer.
Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field. Required, 5+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, costing, or manufacturing engineering. Strong understanding of machining and medical device manufacturing processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulated medical manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (IFS ideally).
- Experience supporting customer negotiations.
- Lean or continuous improvement experience.
- CAD and blueprint reading expertise.

Reporting to the VP of Technical Solutions, the Senior Estimating Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates and customer quotations for new and existing business opportunities. This role applies advanced technical knowledge of manufacturing processes to evaluate product specifications, develop cost models, and support profitable quoting decisions. This is a senior-level individual contributor role with no direct supervisory responsibility.
Starting Pay Range for this position is $90,000-$115,000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in the company’s bonus program.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with applicable county or city regulations if they exceed the listed range. Actual pay rates are determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, local labor market conditions, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language proficiency, and other job-specific qualifications.
