Job summary

IntegriWard LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and property management for eight CBP residences across Big Bend National Park. The role involves coordinating housing services, performing regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and CBP directives.

Candidate must have strong communication skills, independent judgment, OSHA awareness, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in management or related field is preferred but not required.
• Significant experience and knowledge in project management.
• Texas HVAC certification/license is required if performing HVAC work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Must comply with OSHA regulations.
• Must have a valid driver's license and driving history meeting company standards.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and property management for eight single-family residences in Big Bend National Park.
• Coordinate all housing service activities for CBP tenants.
• Perform daily service requirements and inspections (Mon–Fri).
• Provide emergency HVAC standby services for immediate repair.
• Ensure tasks in the SOW comply with laws, regulations, and CBP directives.
• Identify and commit resources to support assigned efforts.
• Meet operational objectives within deadlines.
• Perform other duties to meet contract goals.
