Job summary

International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) seeks a Project Manager to oversee complex design-build construction across aviation, industrial, and technology sectors. Lead full project lifecycles, cultivate strong relationships with owners, designers, and subcontractors, and drive cost control, schedule, procurement, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Project management experience with a general contractor or design-builder.
  • Ground-up commercial, aviation, industrial, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex construction experience.
  • Strong cost, schedule, procurement, and subcontractor-management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

A leading national design-build general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing construction team supporting aviation, industrial, advanced technology, and complex commercial projects.

We're looking for a builder who understands the full project lifecycle and can independently manage project scopes while developing strong relationships with field teams, owners, designers, and subcontractors.
