Job description

Overview

SkyWater Search is collaborating with a long-established real estate advisory firm based in Minneapolis that’s been around since the late ’80s. They focus exclusively on helping businesses make smart, strategic decisions about their office space—whether that’s finding a new location, overseeing a buildout, or managing a full relocation.

Their team is tight-knit, collaborative, and genuinely invested in doing great work for their clients. They’re not your typical corporate environment—they value flexibility, ownership, and people who enjoy solving problems and getting things done. If you’re someone who likes managing projects and keeping things running smoothly from start to finish, this could be a great fit.

The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager Associate to help guide our clients through office builds, renovations, and relocations. You’ll manage everything from schedules and budgets to vendors and move-ins. You don’t need to know everything, but you do need to be organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling details while keeping the big picture in mind.

What You’ll Do

  • Help plan projects, build timelines, and estimate costs

  • Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors

  • Support client communication and keep everyone aligned

  • Oversee construction progress and coordinate move logistics

  • Handle invoices, project tracking, and final wrap-up

  • Sit in on client meetings and help grow the business

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of project management experience (real estate or construction ideal)

  • Degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or something similar

  • Comfortable reading drawings and managing budgets

  • Solid Excel and general Microsoft Office skills

  • Strong communicator who can stay on top of details and keep things moving
