The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Lead the production of construction documents and manage design projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure design intent is translated accurately into buildable construction documents.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, providing operational guidance and quality control.
• Review codes, ensure compliance, and support the construction administration process.
• Collaborate closely with construction teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Travel to project sites across the U.S. as needed.

What You Bring

• 6+ years in a professional design setting under a licensed architect.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required).
• Full project delivery experience from schematic design through construction.
• Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Highly organized, creative, solution-oriented, and collaborative.
• Mission critical facility design experience.
