The Project Manager for the Arts at AltaMed partners with executives, curatorial leaders, and internal/external stakeholders to plan, organize, and execute complex, multi-year art initiatives including exhibitions, conservation projects, museum development activities, art loans, acquisitions, donor engagement events, and public programming. The Project Manager is responsible for building and improving operational processes, coordinating cross-functional execution, managing vendors and contracts, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, timelines, and budgets. This role acts as a central hub for communications, logistics, and administrative functions that enable the Art team to scale and institutionalize a world-class arts program within AltaMed.
$78,890.24 - $98,612.80 annually
Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
