Job summary

Jobtailor in Denver seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead architecture-focused teams across civic, healthcare, and mixed-use projects. You will develop scopes, schedules, and budgets, and coordinate across disciplines.

The role requires an Architecture License and 10+ years of PM experience, with proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, Revit, Miro, and MS Project. You will mentor teams and manage client relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium project teams to achieve outcomes aligned with goals and metrics.
• Build high-performing teams, assess strengths, and assign tasks.
• Develop scope, deliverables, schedules, and fees into proposals.
• Support design and technical leaders in delivering coordinated packages across disciplines.
• Maintain work plans, labor plans, schedules, and team tasks.
• Foster collaboration, communication, and accountability with the Project Executive.
• Monitor budgets and align tasks with time and performance.
• Plan and lead internal and external meetings and communications.
• Manage project financial performance using Deltek Vantagepoint and related reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and pursue fees proactively.
• Identify and manage project risk.
• Manage day-to-day client relations with the Project Executive.
• Administer contracts, including budget, schedule, and scope reviews.
• Oversee technical submissions requiring a signature and seal.
• Support staffing decisions and revenue projections.
• Contribute to project pursuits, proposal content, and interview preparation.
