Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead project documentation and coordination.
• Prepare drawings through all project phases.
• Coordinate drawings with specifications from other team members.
• Coordinate M/E/P, structural, furniture, and AV consultants.
• Provide technical oversight and make independent project decisions.
• Coordinate project documentation with clients, consultants, contractors, and the project team.
• Review building codes and ensure code compliance and constructability.
• Coordinate QA/QC team and implement recommendations.
• Participate in construction administration, including site visits, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
• Receive direction from the Project Manager and Designer and potentially lead projects.
• Communicate with clients regarding design requirements, specifications, progress reviews, and final presentations.
• Work with the Project Manager, Designer, and client to confirm objectives and formulate options.
• Prepare and conduct design and technical presentations.
• Participate in marketing efforts.
