Job summary

BL Companies is seeking a motivated architect to manage and grow an established program. You will lead an interdisciplinary team and engage directly with clients to deliver twelve project sites annually across the East Coast.

The role requires a Registered Architect with 8+ years of project management experience, including permitting and construction through completion. You will oversee technical design, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and monitor profitability while contributing to business

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with 8+ years of project management or project architect experience.
• Experience leading multi-location rollouts in multiple jurisdictions.
• Supervisory experience and ability to manage staffing and performance.
• Knowledge of building permitting requirements across jurisdictions.
• Experience in client engagement and business development activities.
• Experience with project profitability and implementation across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical and design aspects of project rollouts through construction documents.
• Manage building permitting processes across east coast jurisdictions.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate activities of multiple disciplines.
• Develop and monitor internal workplans for multi-location projects.
• Monitor profitability and performance of projects.
• Participate in proposals, contract negotiations, and business development.
• Manage staff and determine staffing needs for projects.
