Project Manager-Architect

Dewberry is currently seeking a Civic Architecture Lead to work in our Pasadena, CA office.

This strategic hire for Dewberry's California Architecture Practice offers an opportunity for a Project Manager or Project Architect to leverage their client/project management, subject matter expertise, and design skills to contribute to the office's growth. Responsibilities

How will you do this?

• Manage relationships and daily project needs with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, design, and produce project documentation.
• Participate in business development and marketing activities, including RFPs and interviews.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, managing key projects.
• Supervise internal teams during design phases.
• Monitor project budgets, work plans, and schedules throughout all phases.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience with a diverse portfolio in public and private sectors.
• Licensed Architect in California.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google SketchUp.
• Leadership skills in managing project teams, clients, and consultants.
• Knowledge of local code requirements and agency interfaces.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Experience in business development and marketing.
• Ability to develop scope, fees, and manage project budgets and contracts.
• Experience in resource management and project scheduling.
• Participation in proposal development and client interviews.
• Quality assurance and control expertise.

The projected salary range is $125,000-$175,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and market conditions.

Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to pass background checks.
