Senior Project Manager - Architect - 16+ Years

Location: Washington, DC (LOCALS ONLY) - Onsite & Hybrid

Experience: 16+ Years

Duration: 12+ Months

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support modernization efforts of the Financial and Reporting systems.
2. Act as a technical architect for Financial and Datawarehouse projects.
3. Manage Technical Programs and Projects as assigned.
4. Lead the technology direction and standards for data platforms.
5. Architect data structures such as data marts, data warehouses, and data lakes.
6. Define and achieve the strategy roadmap for the enterprise.
7. Review and provide feedback on Architecture and Technical Strategy documents.
8. Prepare white papers/options papers and recommend solutions.
9. Evaluate current systems and review objectives with stakeholders.
10. Provide support by responding to user questions and resolving problems.
11. Assist with identifying and resolving production and application development problems.

Responsibilities:

1. Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions.
2. Manage teams of contract Support Personnel at multiple locations.
3. Maintain and manage the client interface at senior levels.
4. Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans.
5. Experience managing technical programs and projects.
6. Hands-on experience working with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence systems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or related field
