Job summary

Direct Supply, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive design-to-delivery projects, coordinating across internal teams, vendors, and clients. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and scope, leading quoting, procurement, and FF&E installation to deliver on-brand experiences in senior living environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of project management experience, ideally in construction, design, or procurement.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% by car and/or plane.
  • Valid, unexpired driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project execution from design through delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and service expectations.
  • Manage design changes with internal teams and external stakeholders to protect quality and maintain project integrity.
  • Build and maintain project timelines using appropriate tools to ensure seamless, on-time delivery.
  • Own budget tracking and procurement processes to maintain financial accuracy and control.
  • Lead quoting and approval workflows to keep projects moving and clients engaged.
  • Coordinate FF&E installation logistics to deliver a professional, on-brand client experience.
  • Oversee punch list completion and project closeout to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Administer accurate and timely billing in alignment with client agreements and service provider contracts.
  • Leverage OnePlan and Sharepoint to manage project documentation, tracking, and client communications.
  • Build industry knowledge to strengthen project execution across senior living design, procurement, and construction.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, elevate client outcomes, and grow project profitability.

In the Project Manager - Aptura position, you’ll drive the successful execution of design and procurement projects from start to finish. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and scope while coordinating across internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. With a focus on precision and efficiency, you’ll lead quoting, procurement, and installation activities—delivering seamless project outcomes that enhance the senior living experience.

Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
