Direct Supply is shaping the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products and platforms. We seek a Project Manager to drive design-to-delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate procurement and FF&E logistics for senior living projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams across design, procurement, and construction, ensuring quality and timely delivery while maintaining client satisfaction. Travel up to 30% is required, with generous benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of project management experience in construction, design, or procurement.
• Ability to travel by car/plane up to 30%.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory record.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution from design through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment.
• Manage design changes with internal teams and external stakeholders to protect quality.
• Build and maintain project timelines with tools to ensure on-time delivery.
• Own budget tracking and procurement processes for financial control.
• Lead quoting and approval workflows to keep projects moving.
• Coordinate FF&E installation logistics for a professional, on-brand client experience.
• Oversee punch list and project closeout to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Administer accurate, timely billing as per client agreements.
• Use OnePlan and SharePoint to manage documentation and communications.
• Develop industry knowledge in senior living design, procurement, and construction.
• Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field


• 2-4 years of project management experience, ideally in construction, design, or procurement


• Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 30%


• Valid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record

Additional Items of Interest:

• Advanced knowledge of senior living environments, furnishings, foodservice, equipment, and flooring is preferred
