About the Role

You will manage the entire implementation lifecycle, from needs assessment and vendor selection to system deployment, training, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of projects focused on implementing agricultural technologies such as precision farming systems, IoT sensors, data management platforms, and automation solutions.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement of technology solutions.
• Coordinate installation, configuration, and integration of new technologies with existing farm infrastructure.
• Develop and deliver training programs for farm personnel on the effective use of new technologies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful deployment.
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
