Job summary

FastTek Global, Okemos, MI, is seeking a Project Manager to organize and manage multiple small to medium projects. You will plan scope, budgets, timelines, and staffing, then drive delivery across Agile teams to meet business requirements.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with coursework in business or CS and 3–5 years PM experience, with PMP/PMI-ACP preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with SAFe exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer science with 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Certification or advanced degree in project management (PMP/PMI-ACP) preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management; SAFe experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills; independent judgment.
• Experience on Application Development projects and supporting senior PMs.

Responsibilities

• Creates project plans, defines scope, budgets and timelines with resources.
• Oversees staff assignments, facilitates meetings, documents technical solutions.
• Monitors progress across Agile teams to deliver value within cost/time/quality.
• Communicates status to stakeholders and manages change and risk.
• Coordinates activities with Enterprise Portfolio Management Office and other departments.
• Mentors other project teams and EPMO staff.
• Uses PPM and Agile tools to track progress and performance.
