Job summary

FastTek Global in Okemos, Michigan is seeking a Project Manager to plan, organize, and manage multiple small to medium projects to meet defined objectives. You will create project plans, budgets and timelines, identify staffing needs, and drive risk mitigation as part of delivering value.

Lead project teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and alignment with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework in business or computer science.
• 3–5 years' project management experience in systems development or support.
• Certification (PMP/PMI-ACP) preferred; knowledge of SAFe is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creates project plans, defines scope, budgets and timelines.
• Oversees staff assignments and documents technical solutions.
• Monitors delivery across Agile teams to meet cost, time and quality goals.
• Communicates status to stakeholders and escalates risks as needed.
• Coordinates with Enterprise Portfolio Management Office to improve performance.
• Provides mentorship to other project teams and staff.
• Utilizes PPM and Agile tools to track progress and performance.
