Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in account management, project management, consulting, supply chain operations, or related field.
• Proven ability to communicate, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite leadership.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong analytical skills and experience supporting complex supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or facility operations.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working across multiple industries and operational environments.
• Ability to lead projects independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed account reports and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with Business Development teams to identify and expand opportunities within existing client organizations.
• Resolve complex client issues and manage escalations professionally and effectively.
• Review project deliverables and mentor team members to ensure quality and consistency.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 15+ years of professional experience in account management, project management, consulting, supply chain operations, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
• Consulting or client-facing experience within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline required.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Technical Skills

Required

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred

• Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization and analytics tools.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint.
