Job description

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our client’s team in Raleigh, NC. This is an Onsite, Contractposition.

SALARY: $45–$57/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of relevant project delivery experience
• Strong communication skills and a highly professional, polished presence (Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience, including leading Scrum ceremonies
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
• QA/testing knowledge and ability to partner effectively with QA teams
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define project scope, gather requirements, and manage deliverables end-to-end
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog (user stories/defects) and track milestones and deliverables
• Make timely decisions to keep work on schedule and within scope; identify and resolve issues proactively
• Communicate status, risks, and roadblocks to stakeholders consistently
• Lead project meetings, document outcomes, and publish meeting notes/action items
• Drive issue resolution, manage conflicts, and escape when appropriate
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen project execution
