Qualifications

• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

• Utilize program KPIs and robust Root Cause Analysis to drive sustained waste elimination and Process Maturity improvements.
• Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.

The impact you’ll make

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for the Spares Operations within the Global Logistics team. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will directly contribute to the optimization of Asset Recovery and Spares Inventory Management processes.

Who we’re looking for

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in Logistics Operations, Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
• Strong background utilizing/configuring SAP is highly desirable.

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $114,000.00 - $253,000.00.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
