Job summary

Harvard Maintenance is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to service existing contracts, coordinate cleaning projects with client management, and ensure contract compliance.

You will monitor quality control, review staff performance, manage schedules, and uphold safety and compliance while leveraging Microsoft Office tools.

Applicants should have at least three years of janitorial operations management, be flexible with hours, and possess technical knowledge of janitorial service delivery.

Qualifications
