Job summary

Convergint is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead and execute complex building automation, fire alarm, and security projects. You will manage planning, scheduling, and field activities while delivering results that meet budget and schedule targets.

You’ll work closely with customers to ensure safety, quality, and satisfaction, mentor teammates, and help grow a high‑performing project team within Convergint’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: college degree or trade school with relevant PM experience.
• Expert project management experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire alarm, or electronic security).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and direct projects from start to finish.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety, and quality.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and schedule, and maintain positive cash flow.
