Job summary

Convergint is seeking a results-driven Project Manager for its Cincinnati area operations. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, directing projects, and coordinating engineering, field installation and start-up within budget and schedule constraints.

You will be the key customer interface, driving satisfaction, safety and quality across complex building automation and security systems. Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in engineering, field service or PM roles, strong leadership, and

• Extensive project management experience in technical environments such as building automation, fire alarm, or electronic security systems.
• Strong leadership, coaching and staff development abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Project/Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and basic IT networking knowledge.
