Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead technical projects across building automation, fire alarm, and security systems. You will guide planning, scheduling, and start-up, interfacing with customers to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results.

The role requires strong team leadership, coaching, and a results-driven mindset within Convergint's safety-conscious culture. A college degree or equivalent experience is expected, with 7–10 years in engineering or project

Qualifications

• College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years relevant engineering, field service, or project management experience.
• Experience in electronic security, building automation, or fire/life-safety systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and direct projects including application engineering, field installation and start-up.
• Maintain project budgets and schedules to ensure positive cash flow.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety and quality of work.
