Pay Range: $70.96 - $74.19 per hour

Our client is looking for a Project Manager 3 position to fill who can lead and support complex technology-focused initiatives that drive organizational strategy, operational excellence, and business transformation. Working closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, architects, technical teams, subject matter experts, and compliance professionals, this role is responsible for coordinating project planning, execution, governance, and organizational change efforts across a diverse portfolio of technology services and initiatives. The Project Manager facilitates strategic planning activities, aligns projects with business objectives, oversees program and project delivery, and helps ensure the successful adoption of new processes, standards, and services. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills, along with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive continuous improvement. This position plays a key role in advancing technology strategy, improving organizational effectiveness, and delivering solutions that support long-term business goals.

Position Responsibilities:
Compliance Program Support and Process Facilitation:
  • Lead complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, stakeholders, and executive sponsors to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource strategies, budgets, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings, and serve as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; provide recommendations and corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, executive updates, presentations, and other project communications.
  • Support business requirements gathering, process analysis, gap assessments, and solution planning to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate decision-making by providing analysis, recommendations, and options to stakeholders and project leadership.
  • Lead or support organizational change management efforts, including implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and end-user training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and improve processes, standards, governance practices, and operational procedures.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans to support project success.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and teams to resolve obstacles, manage competing priorities, and achieve project objectives.
  • Coordinate project transitions, knowledge transfer activities, and documentation to ensure continuity and long-term support.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting in accordance with governance, compliance, and information management requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery, operational effectiveness, and organizational performance.
Position Requirements:
Education & Corresponding Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
  • 14 years of direct work experience is required without a degree or a non-applicable degree.
  • Experience should include direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution for medium to large sized projects.
  • Note: Level 3 is typically responsible for medium – to large -sized projects (25M and higher lifecycle cost). "Typically," as it refers to project size, is determined by an average of the worker's assigned projects and includes the complexity, visibility, and sensitivity of the projects within the past year and is not based on a single project-funding amount.
Required Technical Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated project management experience with business services capabilities projects using industry standard methods and tools for managing schedules, dependencies, resources, funding, and developing technical specifications and project plans.
  • Experience successfully coordinating or running multiple projects simultaneously as a program.
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint Server environments.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience in demand/resource planning and Strategy.
  • Project and program management experience within an Information Technology or Operational Technology environment.
