Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare renovation projects in the Raleigh, NC area. The role focuses on managing occupied hospital spaces, coordinating schedules, and ensuring operations run smoothly alongside patient care.

Ideal candidates bring prior experience with commercial General Contractors, strong budgeting and infection-control knowledge, and the ability to work within a fast-growing healthcare division.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor.
• Experience managing active/occupied hospital renovation projects from start to completion.
• Strong scheduling experience within an active hospital environment, including phasing work around ongoing hospital operations.
• Strong understanding of hospital-specific site logistics, including coordinating work around patients, staff, occupied areas and operational requirements.
• Strong financial management experience on hospital projects, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, pay applications and change orders.
• Strong understanding of infection control, ICRA requirements and safety procedures within active healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee active hospital and lab renovation projects in Raleigh, NC.
• Coordinate phasing and scheduling to minimize disruption to hospital operations.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasts and change orders.
• Ensure infection control and safety procedures are followed on site.

Construction Project Manager – Healthcare
Location:Raleigh, NC
Salary:$130,000 - $160,000 base + vehicle + gas card + profit sharing
Exciting opportunity to join a Commercial General Contractor who is rapidly growing and looking to expand their healthcare division.
The Project Manager will oversee active hospital and lab renovation projects, all based locally in the Raleigh area.
Compensation & Benefits

• $130,000 - $160,000 base salary
