Job summary

International Erosion Control Association is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead IT initiatives for P&C Insurance clients. Hybrid work model allows 2–3 onsite days per week with an in-person interview; candidates must be local to NJ/NYC or Stamford, CT.

The role requires extensive PM experience, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and deep insurance domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will guide projects through timelines, risks, and deliverables in an enterprise setting,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7–8+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience working with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance clients.
• Good understanding of the Insurance domain, preferably with hands-on experience in P&C.
• Proven experience managing projects, teams, timelines, risks, and deliverables in an enterprise environment.
• Must be willing to work 2–3 days per week onsite as part of a dedicated client team.
• Candidates must be local to NJ, NYC, or Stamford, CT and available for an in-person client interview.

Location: Iselin, NJ / New York City, NY / Stamford, CT
