Job summary

DP Professionals (DPP) is seeking a Project Manager to lead Custom Retail Display Programs from concept through completion. The role focuses on organized, proactive, customer-focused leadership to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain activities; building schedules; monitoring budgets; and communicating with customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business/engineering/supply chain.
  • 3+ years in project management, operations, account management, supply chain, or related customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • ERP systems experience and Power BI proficiency.

Job description

Project Manager will be organized, proactive, and customer focused in order to lead the successful execution of Custom Retail Display Programs from concept through completion.

Preferred Qualifications an Experience:
  • Experience within Retail Displays/Fixtures, Point-of-Purchase Merchandising, Manufacturing, Packaging, Consumer Products, or Industrial Project Management.
  • ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Software such as SmartSheets.
  • Creating Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Metrics using MS Power BI.
  • Coordinating projects involving engineering, procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.

  • Coordination for assigned customer projects, ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams throughout the entire project life cycle.
  • From order entry through design, engineering, sourcing, production, logistics, and final delivery, responsible for keeping projects on schedule, identifying and mitigating risks, managing customer expectations, and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable leveraging product management and business intelligence tools to monitor project performance, communicate status, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously from order receipt through successful completion.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Drive projects forward by coordinating activities across Engineering, Design, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Sales.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects.
  • Build trusted relationships through consistent communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct project kickoff meetings and provide regular project status updates.
  • Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining strong business relationships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Stakeholders and internal departments to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and project objectives.
  • Escalate issues appropriately while driving timely resolution.Review customer requirements, quotations, and purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize ERP system and other business tools to track project performance, monitor key metrics, and provide visibility to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and share lessons learned across project teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Account Management, Supply Chain, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Must be able to work in systems ERP and Power BI.
