Are you adept at building relationships and managing projects from start to finish? CCV is looking for a dynamic project manager who is an excellent communicator, adept at developing strategic partnerships, and possesses strong organizational skills to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of CCV’s Rural Health Transformation LNA expansion grant. This role will work with stakeholders across educational, healthcare, non-profit, and governmental agencies to develop a sustainable ecosystem for LNA training and workforce development including the establishment of an LNA training hub and associated programming at the Community College of Vermont. Preferred candidates will have experience in workforce development and/or healthcare.
The LNA Training Hub Coordinator works at a high level to establish and maintain an ecosystem of LNA training opportunities throughout the State of Vermont. Under the direction of the Dean of Academic Affairs or designee, this position will oversee the creation and maintenance of an LNA training hub and associated programming centered at the Community College of Vermont. This position will develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across healthcare, education, government, and non‑profit organizations to positively impact workforce development goals and opportunities for Vermonters. This is a one‑year grant funded position with the possibility of extension pending continued funding. This position can be based at any CCV location. This position can be located at any CCV academic center in Vermont.

Duties performed causes light fatigue of eyes, fingers, or other faculties as a result of repetitive motion and/or long periods of standing or sitting.
