Job summary

Community College of Vermont seeks an LNA Training Hub Coordinator to build and sustain a statewide LNA training ecosystem. You will oversee hub creation, manage advisory committees, and coordinate grant-driven initiatives with healthcare, education, government, and non-profit partners.

Lead regional summits, expand CCV's nursing training footprint, and ensure educational needs of Vermonters are met, while maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders across the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, 2–3 years coordinating complex projects.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize educational and training needs for LNA development across stakeholders.
• Establish and manage the Vermont LNA Training Hub at CCV.
• Coordinate advisory committee activities, including agendas and follow-ups.
• Develop and monitor a grant project plan with reporting and timelines.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and partner with internal/external teams.
• Plan regional workforce summits to identify needs and solutions.
• Expand CCV's workforce presence in nursing and related training areas.
• Conduct statewide inventories, gap analyses, and needs assessments.
