Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years’ experience coordinating complex projects and building relationships across stakeholder groups.
• Experience in healthcare or workforce development is preferred.
• Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate workforce education programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an LNA Training Hub ecosystem statewide.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of LNA training hub programming at CCV.
• Forge partnerships with healthcare, education, government, and non-profit sectors.
• Create and execute a comprehensive project plan for grant initiatives.
• Monitor grant performance, prepare reports, and ensure timelines are met.
• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of the LNA Training Hub.
