Bell Laboratories Inc. is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join its team.
The role focuses on leading engineering and manufacturing projects, coordinating internal departments and vendors, and driving initiatives from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of PM experience, strong planning and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required.
Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience in an engineering, manufacturing, product development, or technical environment preferred. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrated success delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to defined objectives.
Strong project planning and scheduling skills. Knowledge of project lifecycle management principles and methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, computer, and critical thinking skills. Ability to coordinate resources and collaborate across departments. Experience with Microsoft Office as well as project management software and reporting tools such as Asta Powerproject or MS Project. Knowledge of project estimation, budget management, scope management, and vendor management.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk performing extensive computer work. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs.
