MPI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial interiors projects for an established contractor. You will manage budgets, schedules, and execution while coordinating subcontractors, design teams, and vendors to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires strong financial and operational project management skills, plus excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to drive successful outcomes for high-stakes commercial interiors assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager in commercial construction is required.
• Experience with commercial interiors projects preferred (Higher Education, Life Sciences, Healthcare).
• Strong financial and operational project management capabilities and excellent communication skills.

Our client is an established construction management firm delivering commercial interior construction projects across specialized markets. Due to continued project growth, the company is adding experienced project leadership professionals to its team.

Job Description

Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution. Lead client communication and project meetings. Coordinate subcontractors, design teams, and vendors. Oversee contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project financial performance and reporting. Identify and resolve project risks. Ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
