Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking a Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives and standardize global project coordination. This role will be instrumental in managing high-impact strategy projects, developing business processes, and ensuring efficient cross-functional collaboration across the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong leadership skills, capable of driving projects with minimal supervision while improving project governance and execution standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

* Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives

* Standardize and improve global project coordination across multiple engineering Departments

* Develop and implement project management frameworks and business processes where none currently exist

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution, resolve challenges, and ensure timely project delivery

* Support direct report with preparing executive leadership strategic insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes

* Operational Deep Dives: Tackle complex business questions where the data and insights lie across several organizations. Use data to crystalize insights and present them to senior leadership .

* Operational Reporting: Work with various teams to lead the maintenance of comprehensive operational dashboards across the company. Present operational , reports to leaders on a regular basis.

* Data Asset Development: Spearhead projects to build new data assets and capabilities (e.g., cohort tooling, anomaly detection).

* Facilitate communication between global teams, ensuring seamless project execution across regions

* Utilize project management tools to track progress and report updates

* Provide leadership, structure and guidance in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

* Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance in all project management activities

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, manufacturing, or related industries

* PMP certification required

* Fluency in English and Mandarin is required

* Strong experience with Project Management Tools and Utilities such as MS Excess, Word, PowerPoint...etc.

* Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive standardization efforts

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions in ambiguous situations

* Experience working in global, cross-functional environments

Salary Range

$80,000 - $90,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
