Job summary

Redlinger Bros. Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee plumbing and piping projects from kickoff to completion. You will ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will lead scheduling, cost estimation, and communication with customers, contractors, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes. A Journeyman or Master Plumber license is preferred, with Procore and estimating software

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on plumbing trade experience, plus 2+ years managing construction projects.
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
• Proficient with project management platforms and estimating software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbing and piping projects from kickoff to completion.
• Manage project schedules, materials logistics, and day-to-day site progress.
• Run point on communications with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Build accurate cost estimates, track expenditures, and draft change orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Document Review: Interpret architectural blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical job specifications.
• Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for general contractors, engineering teams, and property owners.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years of hands‑on plumbing trade experience, plus 2+ years managing construction projects.
• Licensing: A valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Procore) and estimating software.
• Logistics: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
