Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $54.00/hr

Position Details
  • Title: Project Manager
  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Rate: $50-54/hour W2 + Benefits
  • Duration: 6 months (through EOY 2025) – Potential for extension or FTE, TBD
Role Summary

The Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities across engineering, R&D, financial systems, product rollouts, and more. This role supports the Customer Communications Center of Excellence, driving customer engagement for cross-functional, customer-impacting initiatives.

About the Team

The Customer Communications Center of Excellence is a strategic team leading operational communication and engagement projects. They collaborate with Product, Technology, and InfoSec teams to support environment, service, and product changes—focusing on protecting revenue, mitigating risk, empowering customer-facing teams, and delivering consistent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Coordinate detailed project plans and cross-functional activities.
  • Develop and manage Work Breakdown Structures; proficiency in project management software (AdaptiveWork knowledge is a plus).
  • Lead project meetings and secure necessary resources by collaborating with staffing managers.
  • Represent the Customer Communications Center of Excellence in cross-functional teams.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Stay updated on project management best practices and trends.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
  • 5–7 years of professional project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and strategic planning.

  • Business Project Management: Ability to drive initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Change Management: Impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, vision development, resistance management.
