Fluor Corporation is seeking a Project Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance in Washington, DC. This role involves overseeing project management activities, ensuring quality assurance, and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates should be experienced in budget management, inspections, and estimating software tools, with a willingness to travel internationally.

This position provides support in multiple locations in the Northern Virginia area.
Participate in all aspects of Project Management for facility-approved projects. Develop scope & statement of work, schedule, manage budget, approve purchases and source selections, and manage sub-contractors and available in-house resources. Gather requirements, maintain customer/stakeholder involvement, participate in design reviews, provide feedback, create implementation plans, execute, provide quality assurance, and ensure proper close-out. Conduct detailed inspections of project implementation, coordinate with labor force, sub-contractors, and site authorities. Ensure proper site permits and work authorization documents are obtained, and coordinate with all affected parties.
