You will oversee safety, quality, budget, procurement, and client relations, while mentoring field and office staff for project success. The role requires 7+ years in industrial/construction and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing construction projects over $5M in markets like hydro power, high-tech, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Viewpoint, and estimating platforms.
• Ability to perform detailed estimating and change order management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

Summary

We are working with a well-established, employee-owned mechanical and infrastructure contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with experience managing complex mechanical, industrial, and process piping projects valued at $5M+. The ideal candidate is skilled in project oversight, estimating, scheduling, and mentoring field and office staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery including safety, quality, budget, procurement, and client relations
