Job summary

Kubik in Washington, DC is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple custom fabrication projects from concept through production and installation. You will own schedules, budgets, and client requirements, coordinating with Sales, Client Services and production teams to deliver on time.

The role requires industry experience in trade show displays, strong problem-solving, and meticulous organization; you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and help Kubik drive exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in trade show or special event displays.
• Technical knowledge of fabrication, millwork and interior building materials.
• Ability to work cross functionally with all internal departments.
• Resourceful and solution focused.
• Meticulously organized.
• Computer savvy. Fluent in spreadsheets and everything Microsoft Office.
• Values working as part of a team and working collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project costs, estimates, bill of materials and work orders.
• Establish schedules and critical path or project plan.
• Manage project changes.
• Ensure production complies with project deadlines and budget.
• Provide solutions to issues.
• Identify appropriate resources needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to determine and execute client needs.
• Deliver great service to clients.

A Typical Day
