Qualifications

• Industry experience in trade show or special event displays.
• Technical knowledge of fabrication, millwork and interior building materials.
• Ability to work cross functionally with all internal departments.
• Resourceful and solution focused.
• Meticulously organized.
• Computer savvy. Fluent in spreadsheets and everything Microsoft Office.
• Values working as part of a team and working collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project costs, estimates, bill of materials and work orders.
• Establish schedules and critical path or project plan.
• Manage project changes.
• Ensure production complies with project deadlines and budget.
• Provide solutions to issues.
• Identify appropriate resources needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to determine and execute client needs.
• Deliver great service to clients.
