Job summary

Print NW, located in Lakewood, WA, is seeking a Project Manager responsible for overseeing projects from inception through production. You will act as the main liaison between customers, Sales Representatives, and Production teams, ensuring deadlines are met and customer expectations are understood.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience coordinating multiple projects. A high school diploma is required and commercial printing experience is preferred.

• Previous commercial printing experience is required.
• Previous project management, customer service, or production coordination experience preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing data, maintaining spreadsheets, and tracking project information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and OneNote.
• High level of accuracy, exceptional organization skills, and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance, excellent communication skills, and being a team player.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE POSITIONA Project Manager at Print NW oversees projects from beginning to end and serves as a key link between customers, Sales Representatives, and Production teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met
• Work closely with Sales and customers to understand project requirements and expectations

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:High school diploma or equivalent

Related Experience:Previous commercial printing experience is required

Previous project management, customer service, or production coordination experience preferred

Physical Demands:Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and other computer-related tasks
