Job summary

Raymond Search Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and within budget. You will lead planning, scheduling and cost control while mentoring Project Engineers and building strong client relationships.

The role offers autonomy and requires strong leadership, negotiation skills and the ability to coordinate field crews across diverse teams, with site walks and field supervision as part of daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in construction project engineering/management.
• 3+ years in mechanical construction strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage field crews and resolve conflict across diverse teams.

• Produce subcontracts and POs.

About the Role

Project Manager to supervise and coordinate the safe, on-time, on-budget completion of mechanical construction projects. You'll own planning, scheduling, cost control, and labor relations, while building strong client relationships and mentoring Project Engineers. The role offers a high degree of autonomy.
