CVP is seeking a Project Manager to support Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare transformation programs. You will work with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to keep initiatives on track, manage risks, and deliver veteran-centered outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of project management experience, a path toward PMP, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. This role offers a fast-paced, high-visibility environment across VA medical centers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
  • 8+ years' total experience with 3–5 years in project management, VA preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing VA healthcare initiatives.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, action items and risks across concurrent workstreams.
  • Maintain and update project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and docs.
  • Coordinate with VA leadership, clinical staff, and technical teams to ensure follow-through.
  • Assist in requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Monitor progress and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Help develop program reports, dashboards, and leadership briefing materials.
  • Contribute to process improvements to boost efficiency and performance.
  • Support operations to meet goals through coordination and analytical support.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic federal healthcare environment.

CVP is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-priority, and high-visibility environment supporting key VA programs where attention to detail, adaptability, and strong organizational skills are essential. As a Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex healthcare transformation programs while ensuring alignment with VA objectives and Veteran-centered outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a project management professional who combines strong organizational skills with a collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting the Veteran healthcare mission. This role is central to advancing key initiatives including digital transformation, clinical workflow optimization, and efficient program delivery across VA medical centers and regional networks.

The Project Manager will support senior project and program managers in executing project activities, tracking deliverables, coordinating across stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation. You will collaborate with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to help ensure projects stay on track, risks are identified early, and program goals are met.

  • Assist in developing program reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for leadership and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts to increase project efficiency and program performance
  • Support execution of program operations to meet established goals and objectives through coordination and analytical support
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and high-visibility deliverables in a dynamic federal healthcare environment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related discipline
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
  • 8+ years overall professional experience with 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in VA setting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at varying levels
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in high-priority, high-visibility programs
Desired Skills
  • Experience supporting large-scale integrated healthcare systems, particularly within VA or federal health programs
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or active pursuit of PMP/CAPM

Salary Range: 115-150k (Depending on experience)

This position is contingent upon program award. We are proactively recruiting qualified candidates in advance of contract award.
