Job summary

Centurion Selection seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from award through closeout, delivering on schedule and on budget. You will drive procurement, subcontracts, and cost control while coordinating with the owner and design team.

As the primary point of contact, you will own the budget, forecast cost to complete, run meetings, monitor submittals and change orders, and mentor junior staff as you push projects to successful closeout with warranties documented.

Responsibilities

• Running projects from award through closeout, on budget and on programme
• Buying out the job: scoping, levelling bids and awarding subcontracts
• Writing and managing subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders
• Owning the project budget, forecasting cost to complete and reporting monthly
• Building and updating the CPM schedule with the Superintendent
• Running owner and subcontractor meetings and issuing minutes
• Managing submittals, RFIs and procurement logs
• Handling the requisition process and chasing payment
• Keeping the owner, architect and design team informed and on side
• Driving closeout: punch list, as-builts, O&Ms and warranties
• Mentoring the Project Engineer or APM assigned to your job
