Job summary

A staffing and consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager located in Walnut Creek, CA. Job description

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Walnut Creek, CA

*Candidates MUST be able to work on W2 to qualify for this role.*

Project Management Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the pre‑NTP and post‑NTP deployment of in‑building solutions (DAS, Venues, Venue Mods, Repeaters, Spidercloud, etc)
• Coordinate internal resources and 3rd parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Drive the team to achieve the monthly and annual NTP and in‑service targets.
• Generate dashboards and reports for team and RE Specialists, Construction Engineers, and RF.
• Manage bulk updates in SiteTraker.
• Identify major milestone opportunities and efficiency recommendations and solutions.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools such as Peoplesoft and SiteTraker.
• Report and escalation to management as needed.
• Identify risks in the program.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in Wireless and DAS projects
• 5+ years experience in site development and site acquisition work
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Siterra, and SiteTraker
• PMP certification is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid technical background with understanding of 4G LTE infrastructure
