About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for post‑sales coordination, implementation, control, and completion of data center projects, aligning with the organization’s strategy and commitments.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and implement projects after sales completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Define tasks and required resources, ensuring availability and allocation.
  • Meet with key partners during production stages.
  • Create project timelines and schedules.
  • Track deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Support the data center engineering and sales team.
  • Monitor and track project performance.
  • Monitor production, delivery, and construction issues on site as needed.
  • Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project outputs.
  • Evaluate and assess project results.
  • Maintain awareness of individual contribution to quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities; report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure duties related to product compliance adhere to the Product Compliance Policy, laws, regulations, and market demands.
  • Achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to supervisors, managers, leadership, or the confidential whistleblower service.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or general industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification or equivalent desired.
  • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
  • Project manager experience.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
