Job summary

Tate Inc. is seeking a Liquid Cooling Program Manager to oversee Development and Sourcing teams, establishing subcontractors and vendors, coordinating procurement, and handing off projects to the Project Management team in alignment with company strategy.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing or related fields, PMP or equivalent, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Strong leadership and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or general industry preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent qualification is desired.
• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge is preferred.
• Experience as a project manager is desirable.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management is a plus.
• Must be able to travel to domestic and international vendors/job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Development and Sourcing teams and coordinate tool/equipment purchasing.
• Set up subcontractors and vendors and coordinate with PMs to create timelines.
• Define tasks, allocate resources, and track project progress.
• Meet with subcontractors and vendor partners during setup stages.

About the Role

The Liquid Cooling Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the Development and Sourcing teams. This includes setting up subcontractors and vendors, coordinating tool/equipment purchasing, setup, training and handing off projects to the Project Management team, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and implement projects after sales completion.
• Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Define tasks and required resources, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Meet with subcontractors and vendor partners for projects during setup stages.
• Assist PMs to create project timelines and schedules.
• Set expectations for the Sourcing team.
• Coordinate with the Development team to maintain standards in product output.
• Track deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Support the data center engineering and sales team.
• Monitor and track project performance.
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
• Maintain awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities; report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel.

Additional Expectations

• Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
• Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, laws, regulations, and market demands.
• Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
• Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to the supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle‑blower service.

What You’ll Bring
